    Welcome to the Karma Love Fund application.
    Financial difficulties can fall on us unexpectedly, leading to increased stress and threats to our health and well-being.
    Ironically, it is during these times that we need to look after ourselves and avoid neglecting our ability to heal and recover. The Karma Love Fund has been brought to fruition because we understand life's ups and downs effect us on many levels, and we want to help.
    FAQs
    • What happens after I apply?
    Once you have submitted your application, our management team will carefully consider your circumstances and the amount of funding currently available to subsidize services, and make a decision about whether and how much financial aid can be directed towards your services.  You will typically receive an answer via e-mail within 7-10 days, outlining the details regarding the decision and how any financial aid offered will be applied and disbursed.
    • How will I know if I am approved?
    You will be notified by phone, or email, depending on the preference(s) selected on the form.
    • How do I schedule a service?
    Please call the studio at 425-271-0200 to schedule your service. Front Desk Reception will guide you through all you need to know for your first appointment.
    • Do I have to notify the front desk that I have a hardship discount when I schedule my service? 
    Your account will have a notation indicating individual details for which you are receiving Karma Love Fund assistance. We encourage you to verify with Front Desk that your account has been noted. 
    • Can you bill me for my treatment?
    Payment will be required at the time of service.
