and alignment, strength and flexibility. You will be guided
through a complete series of postures, including sun salutations,
standing poses, core work, twists, meditation, and relaxation.

Pilates:
Learn the basics of Pilates, a unique, powerful method of
strength training that focuses on core strength and stability
while providing a full-body workout. Pilates can help improve
flexibility and postural problems, prevent injury, and develop
longer, leaner muscles.
