STARTS MONDAY! Pilates Essentials Intro Series
Kristina Balcolm introduces you to the fundamental principles of the full body conditioning practice of Pilates- a super efficient practice for building core strength. Pilates offers an appropriate and challenging workout for everyone, regardless of physical condition or body type, and can result in profound improvements to health and well-being.
This four-week series is grounded in a powerful curriculum that builds on itself week after week, resulting in a solid foundation needed to get full benefit of Pilates Mat classes and continuing personal Pilates practice, whether in the studio, at home, or in the gym. A new series begins each month and meets for one hour for four consecutive weeks. Pre-registration is required.
July 2-23 | 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm | $60
Note: This series may be cancelled 48 hours before it is scheduled to begin if minimum registration is not met.
