Yoga Nidra Meditation

Beginning this Friday, April 13, Kristen Swanzy leads Yoga Nidra Meditation from 4:30-5:30 pm. This class replaces Gentle Restorative Flow Yoga previously offered around this time, until further notice.

Yoga Nidra or “yogi sleep” refers of the sleep-like state which yogis report to experience during meditation.
